You don't have to dispose of shares when you leave a company.  Adrian de Saldanha left in September, be didn't sell his measly 2000 shares.  No institution now in their right mind is going to buy this with all of the "investigations"   Now all we need is a SEC or a OSC investigation and from the sounds of twitter that is NEXT.  


Those types of investigations can get a stock delisted overnight.
