The concept, the real procedures and products, and the contracts IBC has with companies in the oil refining and metals fields are real and they are expanding. This is important. The observations of IBC that more and more metals related companies are taking a more active interest in MRT is important.
The presence or absence of one or two physical buildings is not too relevant or important.
The ongoing partnership between IBC and Ucore is quite relevant.
Ucore has told us that the MRT processing facilities are modular in design and not too expensive to construct. Further they can be expanded and moved to where they are close to the minerals being processes. The absence of one outmoded building is of no concern.
Hope you are not missing the perception of the forest by focusing too much on one tree.
