RE:RE:RE:RE:Do The Math - 40:1 Split = 250 Shares per 10000 -OuchCheck the convenants in the FS - they can't repay the convertibles.  If they can't repay them, they will convert them.  In addition, they just reduced the credit facility borrowing capacity in the last quarter. 

I don't even think Britco is something that an HNL would look at buying.  Check out HNL's videos on their website of their new modular manufacturing processes, it's pretty insane stuff.  They've cut the manufacturing time and cost in half and have strong support from the BC gov't on new initiatives. 

You're right - that would make the case to buy the convertibles instead!
