Not much happening today but CXR is bucking the marketwith the market being in sell mode. Not much to move things either way. Apple not getting much love as it transitions from a growth stock to value play. Growth getting harder and harder to find in the markets as we move into the low growth, slow economic times. Welcome to Japan circa 1990's to the present. As for CXR, will be interesting to see how things shake out. Can't see how governments will slam drug prices too much. Development of new drugs for an aging population require investment and no one will invest if there is no pay off. One can look at it either way and only time will tell which point of view is right. If someone thinks they know what will happen, well, I thiknk they are guessing only. I think the shorts have had a good run but the game may change somewhat going forward. Uncertainty creates a vacuum. In the case of CXR, it has been ripe for the shorters to come in and have their way. The thing is, if the tide turns, who will be the last shorter out the door? The shorting party may be over with the last mega volume day as the shorters exited to move on to more exciting times. The little guys left over that are spouting the short case are the ones that may end up being caught trying to sell their shares into the market as earnings near. Guess we shall see!
