Indeed they want their balance sheet to look good so just around reporting time they offload their speculative CSX holdings only to buy back again at the beginning of the financial year. These stocks are a prime example of this dynamic. High risk assets are being disposed of now but come November they'll be buying back in. I bet if you were Nick you would have done the same thing. He obviously had vested shares that he could sell so it was in his best interest to do that at the time. What you may not know is that his Dad still owns a cr@p ton of shares at 80c and Nick owes it big time to him to get the stock back to those levels. Good Luck.
