RE:RE:Q3 ResultsI'm very concerned, especially with how the share price has been moving lately. I have some predictions for this earnings call:
1) Poor earnings, with the CEO making the case that this is as a result of continuing to shift their best employees to work on the project they went over cost on. Hopefully this is the last quarter where this will be the case but I fear it will have a large impact.
2) When you take your head honcho in the light structural steel business unit and have him take over Canam Heavy, even if he is great at what he does that seems like a recipe for disaster because this would take his focus away from the business unit that truly makes all the cash! Something is fundamentally wrong with employee development in this company if you have to make this move instead of promoting some one from within.

I'm still optimistic long term because of how cheap this stock has become and because of the tailwinds in the sector (government infrastructure spending etc) but short term I think these earnings will surprise people to the downside.
