RE:RE:RE:RE:Chapter 11

RE:RE:RE:RE:Chapter 11 Its been 4 months and still no loan? honestly no one is going to lend them any money, no gov loans coming. and selling more shares isnt going to happen either 190 mil outstanding. they would have to issue100 mil shares to just get 3 mil cash, what would  that do to shares price? if any one is going to step up it will be after chapter 11. sorry but thats how i see it. the funny part is that its all legal. seriously just look at gm from a few years back. shareholders are at the bottom in chapter 11. as for mr chell and BIG they are first in line if they restructure, BIG holds debt owed by slice. creditors are always paid first. if they do find a buyer, whos going to pay more than maket cap, why would they? if they do sell snip snap for say 4 mil, it buys them some time but takes away half their cash flow so it just makes the matter worse. i have struggled trying to see how they will come out of this, i just cant seem to find a positive way out for us shareholders.
