If that's the case then he would have been privy of insider info.
Tom is really unfair about confirming the FAN deal to the public without the details, was it in fact done at a 20 day average before oct17?
Why keep the public in the dark?
Do they not feel that this is a public company?
We have the right to ask and they have the obligation to report the facts!
