Short interest, official short interest dropped drastically in August but is overall increasing with big fluctuations since Sept. Naked shorting is not registered and obviously can't be tracked. I'm sure what's his name knows this but can't miss the chance to prove a non existent point. This doesn't mean it doesn't happen.
