If you are long, don't look at the stock price!  Look at the market value total of your holdings and ask yourself, are you willing to see this go POOF to zero because I rate the risk 80% at this point.

Don't short unless you are pro trading!    A very experience trader that can react on a dime.

Key milestones to watch:

Nov 7th Q3 will be a disaster.  Why?  Large insider selling between lockups, huge debts, fluffy assets that have started to be written down but that's just the start.

December There next nail in the coffin.  This is when we see the payment to Cinven not being made on the first or two installments.

February The last nail in the coffin.  This is when the second payment to Cinven gets missed and the deed for AMCo, still in the UK, reverts back to Cinven.  AMCO, debt free back to Cinven while Concordia holds the massive debt!

Notes (the new secured owners of the company) pick up the scraps.  Why do you think the bonds are crashing?????????????
