D&G Facility Location?

Hey Guys, I was looking through Supreme Pharmaceuticals sedar filings and found one news release from Dec 2014 explaining the $4m dollars they spent upgrading an existing tomato greenhouse into a high security MJ production facility before the inspection to get their production license. I'm wondering if D&G required this sort of investement and if anyone knows any more details about that? Also looking at the timelines it took them about a year to get through the whole inspection step to licensing. Is the D&G facility already built out?? We're all here based on the possibility of a production license and it's so vague it's painful

Can any of the longs here shed some light on this? PhoenixDragn / Bringeroflight?
