Just for the recordThis is what Tom wrote in the oct 17 news release:
"This increase is due to the company's broadened contest offerings, improved competitive landscape as well as the recent acquisition of Fantasy Feud."
By confirming that they made the acquisition of Fantasy Feud, it implies it was signed before Oct 17 with the previously announced deal conditions.
Now let's see if they read these posts (which I believe they do) and retract that statement.
