i invested alot of $ into poynt which subsequently died a few years back. alot of what slyce is going through is the same as what i remember from poynt.

poynt had a solid IP portfolio, customer traction and potential acquisition targets but there just wasnt enough cash to keep the company afloat.

slyce has alot of interesting technology but i think technology integration of all the different acquistions over the past three years is just a complicated task no matter how many software developers or computer vision researchers are on staff.
