How that value of investment increase is very important. How the market cap is raised is very imporant. They are other methods than share dilution.... again 240 million shares and another 60 million warrants, etc.
For myself, I do not like how we have potential 60 million shares out there, like many of us have noted. I do not want the company and investors to excercise warrants, giving away shares at 1/2 the price. Then, I have a competitor that can sell the share right away to make a profit. If I bought in on the day the institution decides to sell shares they got at 1/2 the price, the price the stock was selling decreases significantly.
