RE:Earning out.Agreed, still disapointing to see the internals are still slowing QoQ;


Buyers 95 (Q3:96)
Bilable Transactions - 917,975 (Q3:982,990)
Documents Exchanged - 2,317,056 (Q3:2,540,249)
Active Suppliers - 8,322 (Q3:8,622)


Until these numbers across the board begin to improve we cold be stuck in a range. Oil stays at or above 50 I think they will make progress on these numbers.
