RE:RE:RE:2.5 million more shares issuedSorry, but you missed something important here.  It's not can I give you more money than you were asking for, but rather than our binding agreement.  Can you imagine, I like my new car so much that I am going to go back to the dealer and insist on paying more.  This is ridiculous!  The A-team board has egg all over their face, and the CEO should take it on the chin!  We need a strong president and an effective CEO.  Shane, you seem like a nice guy, but you are in over your head!    

This company lacks strong, effective leadership.  Fire the board and get a real President/CEO! 

This circus continues to star too many clowns!
