I would suggest everything you have done has been to set yourself and your "superstars" up at the trough to line your pockets when/if this thing ever gets off the ground. Which is fine.

However, shareholders are getting super tired of the endless issuing of shares/options for this company. It would be great if there was a little meat left on the bone for the other people (not buddies or superstars) who support this stock.

At this point I can guarantee you that most if not all would be glad to sell their shares if we were not so far underwater.
