I knew it

I knew itI knew it after day 45 when they had the funding and everything set that they wouldnt make it on time. I got a lot of sht from people on this board about NHC management performance. My grandmother who was a corp. lawyer always told me that you can have a company with amazing fundementals, but if they have a sht management it will never increase. NHC had a bad rap before this failure to close a simple 22M deal. The fact that they can't close is crazy. I think managment needs to be rearranged more. Hire new blood and fire the old; invest in consultants that could help keep managments objective focused. I have an exec. MBA at one of the top school of managments in Canada and I smelled/hinted it at least 1.5 months prior to today. Even my brother who has no business background and currently unemployeed could had the common sense to finish the closing on time. You dont have to have business sense to have common sense (which Harry et al apparently dont have). Honestly, what are they doing for 90 days? Have they not been checking on the stock share?

Geez what a sht storm with this company
