RE:RE:Less than a week for voting: Help is needed !Good points Bounty but the gorilla in the room is the World Bank IFC with over 10 million shares. What will they do? My guess is they will try to abstain. They are getting fleeced like us but they are still smarting from investing in the first place. I suppose they could legally demand their votes not be considered a yes. On the other hand they are a bank, and banks want their money back. They may vote no.

Even a no vote prolongs this nonsense. We need a reasonable compromise from the board that preserves our investment so this albatross can move firward. I doubt the board can survive a legal challenge which is a real possibility. All this going on when there is increased chatter in the press and well balanced for a change, plus the fact the cancelled claims are now valid and extended to 2018. The board never even informed us! We had to hear it in the Colombian press. We may be witnessing a change of heart by the government.
