RE:Transport Division performance has no correlation to SP

I think it was already priced in... Investors knew about this project for at least a month,France was in the same position as QC and need to keep these jobs. I like BBD (not the management of course..) , but fact that it need gov to secure contract is annoying. Sold 4/5 on friday at the 1,90 resistance. Will get back after we exactly know bout reverse split. remember , Sell high , buy low
