RE:FMC Corp and Nemaska Lithium sign Long Term Supply Agreement

RE:FMC Corp and Nemaska Lithium sign Long Term Supply AgreementI don't get why NMX.
NMX already has a market cap of over $400m compared to ORL of $690m.
NMX will have nameplate production of 28,000/tpa  but not until 2018.
ORL is already approoaching initial nameplate of 17,500/tpa and is looking to increase that by another 25,000/tpa.
ORL is already cash flow postitive NMX will have to wait until at least 2018.

Could you help me see what I am missing here? I am interested in adding another Lithium producer to my portfolio but don't see the NMX value proposition.
