3) I think we're also going to see investors in other mj stocks come in to CGC as their "buy and hold" choice.  It's been fun the past few months watching any number of stocks ramp up.  It's been easy money. But at a certain point (and I think that point is now), a process of "who is golden and who is not" is going to lead a lot of money ultimately to CGC.  It becomes a more discerning choice, and again, some companies just won't make the cut.  Personally, I'll go with the progressive, nimble Goliath.

Agree with all your points almost 100% and thank you for your always insightful and helpful posts, Starsearcher.  I've been contemplating taking profits from ACB & OGI and adding to CGC for the very reasons you state.  APH is the only stock I wouldn't consider divesting at this point.  They keep hitting it out of the park, albeit a bit more quietly than CGC.  Vic Neufeld + Arlene Dickinson?!?  Shut the front door.

I'm just not sure the task force report is going to have as much of a positive impact on sp as everyone expects. The recommendations that come out of the report will be only that - recommendations.  What our blessed government does with them, and the time it takes to do so, is anyone's guess at this point.  A more immediate impact will be the US elections.  I just wanna stick my head in the sand this Friday and not come up for air until the following Friday.  Plus we've got 7 more days for a few more scandals to erupt on either side - it's gonna be a more nauseating roller coaster than any CGC short attack.

In any event, CGC is without question the gold standard of how to build a company from the ground up in a brand new industry.  APH is a close second.

I'd say good luck to all of us, but we really don't need it.  We've got CGC.

I can't see how the Task Force announcement won't be a huge deal. The message everyone is looking for confirmation on is "where will all this weed be coming from?". As long as the answer is the LPs I think all will be happy. Luckily there has already been numerous government officials that have praised the LP system. Beyond the source of weed, everything else is mainly extra detail as far as investors are concerned. There may be a ton of restrictions to begin with. I believe those will relax in time. The important part is that our companies will be the ones providing the product in whatever form it takes.
