I hope sales are in the $50+mil range and strong quarterly growth numbers for 2017. But they need to be able to turn a profit too. PHM has stagnate revenues of ~133M but can't turn a profit and look how they are valued. (I am not comparing ARZ to PHM by any means just using as a comparison of Revenues to Profits.)

The shorts are currently making a killing which should bottom out in the next 2-3 months. Then look to those same institutions (*cough* Deerfield) to go long. Check out the short positions https://www.nasdaq.com/symbol/arlz/short-interest.
