-2% on the day instead of
-8% on the day! And I don't think anyone wants Cxrx's old unloved drugs... at least Valeant has a some assets they can sell (Salix, Bauch & Lomb) But when you look at it Valeant bought Salix for 1$4.5Billion and rumoured to be selling it for $10Billion. Well let that sink in for a bit ... debt kills.

Easy to get negative with all the down days and idiot shortheads on this thread but the vrx news offers some potential insight on how easy a single spin out could be to get this company back on track.
How do you get $350m in financing if there isn't a ton of demonstrated potential/value in the company?
