The fund seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of global equities in the materials sector. The fund seeks to track the investment results of the S&P Global 1200 Materials Index (the Underlying Index), which measures the performance of companies that S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC (SPDJI), a subsidiary of S&P Global, Inc., deems to be part of the materials sector of the economy and that SPDJI believes are important to global markets. It is a subset of the S&P Global 1200.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:News ReleaseGuys, there is no mystery here - MXI sucks beyond belief on any basis you want to compare. The reason is simple " our management group is awful". I've spoken with John C a couple of times - they do nothing but wait for IMG to buy us out and collect options. The concept of the board and management working in the best interests of shareholders doesn't exist at MXI - they would prefer nothing happens for years while they collect more options and free shares in lieu of salary. These guys are a joke and we're the victims - they won't even consider promotion and heaven forbid they pressure IMG. It is pathetic.
