hosed is far too kind a word for what happened here. we got closer to $0.26 or 27 if PLI doubles, the exchange value was $2.98 or 21.29 shares TST per share PLI.
of course, the inept management walked away with their golden parachutes and several years of overly generous pay packets and perks.
