The Project contains a major carbonatite (igneous carbonate-rich) pipe capped by a residual deposit (Residuum) enriched in phosphate and niobium minerals. The Project mining leases and claims cover a contiguous area of approximately 8,450 hectares (ha). The Company has one wholly owned subsidiary, Baltic Resources Inc. (Baltic).
