Facts:
I cannot stress enough the most important source of information comes from third party neutral sites. Anyone can post here – best drink I ever had OR the drink is gross. Anyone can post here that their labels are frauds, and post pretend conversations from secret insiders …. We have seen it all since February. AND what we know … each and everyone of those IDs was actually turfed from Stockhouse and all of their posts removed. You cannot lie and slander a publicly traded company for long without repercussions … Stockhouse it is a “brand” and will protect that brand. Report the liars and bashers. What do we know as FACT so none of this is my opinion.

1) TNY was basically a startup not long ago with its first commercial production run in late June. Just a few months late their NRs state in over 50 stores and on more than one online store including Amazon.
https://www.marketwired.com/press-release/tinleys-hemplify-listed-in-50th-store-cse-tny-2164651.htm

2) A well know and well respect online source (collective evolution … practically a household name among the health conscientious folk) listed the top 5 Hemp products and only one beverage made that list … HEMPLIFY. A well-known Basher at the time using many Burner IDs (Popeye, Hologram2016, Van1Investor, etc) posted that company is a scam who is paid for their top lists. Because I am very skeptical by nature and verify all information of any company that I have a material stake in I contacted the company myself. Remember I said do not listen to anyone here and use third party sources … that applies to me so I invite you to contact them as well! They confirmed their panel procures products and several to ensure a fair population to test and agree on the top product.
https://www.collective-evolution.com/2016/06/10/top-5-hemp-products-the-benefits-of-using-them/

3) Hard to argue CANNAINVESTOR MAGAZINE is not one of the industry leading investing magazines. They started to cover Tinley in their June issue simply as a case study. BEFORE THE COMPANY’S FIRST PRODUCTION RUN. This is publication where industry CEOs participate in webinars and where investors rely on their stock picks etc. I confirmed (so again, you should too) that Tinley did not pay to be covered in that article or any subsequent article.

4) Invest in Management – Jeff Maser is well known throughout the sector and was involved in several underwritings. He is certainly among the Who’s Who of the industry. His Cott experience speaks for itself. Liars will say he never worked for them blah blah blah … once again I did minimal digging (so can you!) and he indeed worked for a different company but during the time he did it was 100% owned by Cott – hard to argue facts. Anyone disputes this – email Jeff Maser yourself – it is truly that easy. More than one Board member sits on the boards of other LPs and related companies. Ellison helped launch GLH. And as we saw recent appointments, some are absolute industry leaders. Anyone that states it is stacked with those from the old mining company are once again lying because this is all public information. Such nonsense posts are better suited say to the FIN board where it would be true. These powerful and influential leaders of their industry would never be associated themselves with anything less than a premium company with premium products even if some of those products are only on the cusp of going to market.

5) TNY appears again and again as a top Canadian stock pick: Oh and yes – I contacted them and verified the companies making their list are based solely on criteria and not some sort of fee/advertising revenue etc. https://investingnews.com/daily/resource-investing/agriculture-investing/cannabis-investing/canadian-marijuana-stocks/

6) Despite an oversubscribed Private Placement and very recent (like say today) announcement of warrants being exercised, the effect on the share price has been on the lower average end of the range of adverse influence – the share price fell less than would be expected. Compare that to the recent pump and dump at FIN where the SP fell from $0.47 to $0.35 in hours on November 1.

7) Their processes (whether for Hemplify or the THC drinks – different process for each) mask the taste etc of the oils. We have seen the recent reviews of the FIN products that make it clear that the oil taste and smell are ever present even in products with bold flavours and customer feedback is “where’s the THC”? I was a shareholder of FIN and I sold. I am NOT bashing FIN so pumpers of FIN do not quote out of context please …. That is an actual review. Here are the links … they are a bit dated so as everyone knows I contacted Kushtown to find out if there has been any product reformulations done or in progress … crickets …..
https://stuffstonerslike.com/2012/01/kushtown-sodas-review/
Those who know the true and real health risks of Corn Syrup etc beware: “ …..”
(that is from www.medicaljane.com)
Price per bottle deemed up there …

8) Speaking of reviews, unlike the ones in #7 …. All amazon reviews are five stars! FIVE out of FIVE!. The bashers and FIN pumpers stated those reviews are fake. So if you are interested contact Amazon. It is up to the bashers to prove they are fake not up to Amazon to prove they are fake etc. Just like my post right here right now … links everywhere. One of the same infamous basher Burner IDs (cannot recall if it was Popeye or the one after SH removed Popeye and all historical posts) … that the Hemplify label on Amazon was a fake. ALL … they need to show the Amazon statement confirming any such claim and show the link where it was removed. Just lies. For those interested: https://www.amazon.com/Hemplify-Hemp-Extract-Infusion-Electrolyte/dp/B01K2IOSUM/ref=sr_1_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1478055099&sr=8-1&keywords=hemplify

9) 6 and 7 above are not bashing FIN. They are different drinks aimed at different markets. The TNY drinks are aimed at a more health conscientious market (sugar free, non GNO, vegan friendly, etc). According to Tinley’s website: Vegan, Sugar-Free (Sweetened with Monk Fruit, Stevia, Xylitol and Glycerin), Gluten-Free, Non-GMO,No Artificial Colors or Flavours.
If the paid bashers and FIN pumpers disagree email Tinley …

10) How to identify the pumpers and bashers. Pumpers … well we all know who one and has been pumping the hell out of the FIN one while attacking TNY and anyone who called him/her out.
- Hijacks boards with non-stop posts attacking other users etc rather than any facts …
- Posts out of nowhere negative product reviews and is a relatively new User ID (Latest BurnerID of an infamous SH member who has every ID eventually turfed and we all know the latest burner ID: Van1Investor). Think about it … that is what someone does who buys a product (allegedly) and dislikes it … they go on to Stockhouse and post to Investors! Sad, pathetic, laughable).
- The pumper of basher has a high ignore count
- When caught with their hand in the cookie jar they try to turn the table on those that exposed them … the old 8-year-old tactic … No I am not you are. AND deflect deflect. Lie over and over and it becomes true … say it enough times … etc

11) Oversubscribed PP with minimal impact on SP. The bashers will say $0.50 to $0.38 in 7 days … that is called two hours on their PUMP stock FIN ($0.475 to $0.35) – but entire sector fell during this time and compared to some PPs where the SP falls to the PP unit price or close to it ….nowhere even close to it.

12) Stated publicly (TNY did) …. Looking to partner with a Canadian LP. Look at the Board members … certainly well within the higher end of probability range.

13) FACT. Many patients that would benefit from medical THC and Cannabis have clearly stated they do not want to smoke or vape it or want to have to bake it. Drink form allows for pinpoint accuracy of dosing (TSH and/or CBD). Rye and ginger or a rum and coke … perfect! Plus the other options discussed in their press release (energy, fruit, etc).

14) There was a USER ID here pretending to be a Board Member … that bashed and bashed (maybe he was pretending to be a former Board member ..... cannot recall). SH removed that ID too and all posts for all history. The competition fears TNY and the number of permanently removed User IDs by Stockhouse is proof. The competition is well behind and Tinley has patented processes. Think about it …. If Johnny881 and 10thday can have over 1000 Ignores combined, imagine the slanderous nature it would take to be removed and we have seen several on this board alone. Friends, that is testimony to what Hemplify and TNY27 etc represent to this market – there are those that are pulling out all of the stops! Either that or there are a lot of Arkham residents free on this board …. :)

ALL of the above are facts. ALL are verifiable. OR you can listen to those with 650+ ignores, those that suddenly post on TNY for the first time to bash, try a drink and it is not to their liking so they create an ID on an investment board to bash, etc. Come on .. who are they kidding! Getting pathetically desperate really.

Pumpers and bashers and actual investors can all co-exist in the same stock at the same time. Tinley has gone from $0.035 to $0.05 in just over four months but it was not a straight line upwards! Many new highs followed by profit taking etc before continuing up. The true investors in that entire time span indeed saw that increase and are now in a temporary price point off the high due to price taking and the effects of the PP and recent announcements of warrants being exercised. The pumpers, bashers, traders do not see that same price line …. They see their entry and exit points throughout. It is part of the course. They may not buy at $0.035 and still hold at $0.50 but they buy at $0.06 and sell at $0.14 and buy back at $0.12 and sell at $0.25 and buy back at $0.21 and sell at $0.31 etc). On occassion, they even make more than true investor but stats have shown traders that outperform true investors are a minority and so they try to tip the scales by pumping, bashing, multiple IDs etc ....

You the investor on stockhouse have a very powerful weapon at your disposal …. The ability to ignore forever the bashers and even the pumpers and to click REPORT Abuse when the pumpers and bashers cross the line when outed.

THAT is not the same as say GeodCan who asks the hard questions and contacts the CEO for answers and updates or those like myself that post third party reviews and coverage, etc. That is not bashing. That is not pumping. A basher would respond to this post stating proof I am a paid promoter since I posted this. Truth is I do due diligence on my material investments – very easy to copy and paste information and bookmark URLS. What I wrote here took 20 minutes. A basher will do that yet not actually provide any proof or links etc to the contrary. Pumpers are easier to spot …. BUY NOW – just spoke to the CEO and halt may be coming so get in now … etc …. or how bongwater from a company with questional share structure is somehow in competition with an elite company such as Tinley backstopped by over $4M in the bank and a powerhouse Board, Cheers and GLTA.
