Your missing a very small portion of the transaction if this were to take place... the banks might want a very small piece of the pie.... LIKE ONLY 30 BILLION PIECES OF PIE !!! the market cap is showing the value of the shares outstanding, the debt is NOT included unfortunately.... There is value there in all the pieces, but just how much exactly?? Complete company buyout could likely be done for 40 billion and change. Lets say $43 billion........ they should go for it I say ; )
