RE:RE:Reverse splitStooge, thanks for your response. I am new to Graphite/mineral investing, so I have a few questions for you. Most of my past investing experience has been in Technology.

Why would the institutional investors allow this? Their share would be reduced as well. Don't they have to provide some level of accountability to them?

I grabbed 1M  shares a few months back because with the fundaments I thought there would be good upside. Fundamentals such as 100% ownership, quality of graphite, number to institutional investors involved, etc. The biggest issue seems to be lack of funds for building out the mine. Have the fundamentals changed or is it something else?
