Good comments. I got the impression from listening to the call that there is a lot of extra curricular stuff going on in the business and that as a resut they have taken the eye of the core business activities to an extent. The good news is that alot of the extra curricular stuff is coming to an end and adding a senior manager and redistributing roles and responsibilities seems a good move to me.
