The LMS Property, located in Alaska, remains at an early stage of exploration with limited annual on-site activities being conducted by the Company.

So now, Gold reserve INC has a subsidiary called GR Mining (Barbados) Mining which owns 45% of the mining joint venture with VZ. That venture has been created on September 30th 2016.

Things are moving forward.
