Its farming activities range from cultivating early-stage plantings to harvesting from mature trees. Its Blueberries segment is a farming operation that cultivates blueberry plants in Peru. It provides value-added services including ripening, bagging, custom packaging, logistical management, and quality assurance. The Company also provides its customers with merchandising and promotional support, insights on market trends and hands-on training.

Avigilon is not going out of business, AF is just running it into the ground so someone can buy it cheap.

Now that Mr. Personality (Henderson) is CSMO expect to see even more troubles. Avigilon promotion strategy seems to be suck up to AF and erode margins, which makes Henderson a pro. I remember when he was head of US sales and came to a meeting. I thought he was going to fall asleep halfway through the presentation.
