There should be no change in share count since Sept as there has not been a time when debentures could be converted profitably since then. SP has been low. You might argue that the debentures have at times been low too since Sept - but not so low that they could be bought and converted at a profit. Even when the debs are low buyers can be holding for the interest, or the buyer can be GCM itself in which case the debs disappear without dilution. The bottom line is that a large spike in the SP would be required to cause dilution through conversion of the debs. And any dilution that results is also a reduction in debt. That's an important silver lining in the dilution cloud.
