Now, lets just put on our boy scouts cap and think about that for a second. Here's a career academic/scientist telling us when he would next sell his shares. Now, of course it could've all been based on personal reasons and schedule, like retirement plans, upcoming family commitments etc.

But, now we have the benefit of hindsight to add to our analysis. Is this just another coincidence?
Is DL a critical addition to the commercialization process of POET as we are led to believe or a deflection from the core issues surrounding the developement of POET?
