RE:RE:Why aren't regulators moving in to shut this down?You're brave going into earnings buying more.  I would wait until Monday morning because if earnings are as bad as Q2 then this could go down hard and fast.  Before Q2 there was no short covering either.  Plus we have a CEO now who is leaving (so timing to kitchen sink the quarter is ideal) and insider selling before earnings.  All not a good sign, imo.  I'm on the sidelines until I see q3 because I know that for the price to move up significantly institutional buyers have to step in and I'm not sure they will be before year end.  Just my opinion and I agree with the poster Craigbad that we will have tax loss selling soon and no institution wants the "TSX 2016 loser"  on their YE statements.
