Any compensation would be listed here as well as how many shares these individuals have and if those shares were being sold off. All the dirt is there. Sometimes companies will pump and promote a company while they dump there shares into the rising stock price. It's a very shady practice. 
But the good thing is whenever they sell shares they must file it here ahead of time. The bad thing is, most people know nothing about these filings. People use these filings to buy or short stocks.
