McGarnagle4, I take back what I said here before. I looked at my own email to Jarrett and the date is also screwed up. I think there must be something wrong with his computer clock because my email is showing Aug 2017. In any case I believe your email to be credible.

Did some digging on the HC website and it appears that they don't send the "letter to build" anymore, just an email to the applicant. So Jarrett's information is out of date. I'm glad they have a consultant working on the ACMPR application, hopefully this will speed it up.
