When the banksters recognize a sure loser, they recommend it so they can take a short position against their clients and in house fund positions. This type of short is undeclared and doesn't show up on the short reports because it is in house. It is like taking candy from a baby.

Maybe you can explain to all the Nexgen followers why BMO has Fission as it's #1 pick in the Athabasca Basin? It's shallow, it's high grade, they have an indicated resource, it's getting a lot bigger and they have zero debt.
