Profound Medical Corp. is a Canada-based commercial-stage medical device company that develops and markets customizable, incision-free therapies for the ablation of diseased tissue. It is commercializing TULSA-PRO, a technology that combines real-time magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), robotically driven transurethral ultrasound and closed-loop temperature feedback control. RE:PP closing?

Expected to close around November 14th per PR.

DXD is more about diagnostic PRN treats it. No direct threat. DXD was pumped by a newsletter I would not make too much of it. Once the PP closes and the upcoming health Canada approval it should help lift the lid off the stock.
