I doubt that will happen, they have already announced the dividend amount so they would get huge backlash if they had to reduce it due to more shares issued.

I do however feel that more shares will be issed soon as they pursue the opportunites recently announced. I view this as a positive for a couple reason.

1. more liquidity is needed in this stock. Hard to buy or sell right now without moving the price making it impossible for large investors to invest.

2. Management has shown that they are capable of investing the money wisely, so I expect any shares issued will be used for investment opportunites in excellent companies.... making us all money in the process.
