As per the prospectus, Apollo's debt is limited to "fleet financing" - there is no corporate debt on its balance sheet and it has available but unused debt facility limits of $37.2mm. Additionally they have $15.3mm of cash on the balance sheet. The prospectus also mentions that Apollo's future growth prospects includes "potential expansion into other geographies and strategic acquisitions."
