ATT has a testing facility, and the only license in Canada to test marijuana - that's its leg up. It has a monopoly. In terms of how the US election will effect it, it's likely minimal. But legalization in Canada will get a push forward if these states all vote positively. I'm long on this stock, it'll be big.
