Okay, this one is for bob who keeps saying I am full of bs and also for jumper who thinks he is a professional trader.

I have been putting together a trade based on the outcome of the us election.  If anyone wants specifics on the trade I will share them privately.

The narrative is this: if clinton wins the stock market is happy, the s&p 500 goes up and the vix goes down.

If trump wins all hell breaks loose and the conventional wisdom is that gold goes up (and silver and the shares of the companies that mine them).

So if clinton wins I break even at worst or make a small profit.  If trump wins I make a large profit.

Basically I put on a bearish call credit spread on the vix and a bullish put credit spread on ag (first majestic).  We'll see how it turns out.

But what do I know?
