I listened in on the conference call today and was reassured that Alterra's future looks bright.

Please do not be fooled.  For 6 or 7 years (say 25 Quarters)  management assured analysts that the future looked bright.  They were dead wrong 25 times out of 25.  There may be no basis for the claims.  At least I can assure you that AXY is happy to make claims with no basis.  In that sense they are Donald Trump like

You comments are reasonable and mostly in alignment with my own observations

3.  The published data may be intentionally warped by numberous one time factors that an alalyst cannot infer anything much.  Lower water, lower wind, currency shifts etc.

4 It does seem that attributable revenue is at last up over $100m per year but it took a many years and many capital investments after they guided that number

5  Many projects were well below budget for production.  AXY has a great record at budgetting so we should be willing to expect production to normally hit 100%.
With the new solar project in December and assuming 100% for budgetted production AXY could soon be focussing on $150m for attributable revenue.

While AXY has been an ongoing dog for half a dozen years there might be a base for optimism in the potential revenue number.   Scale is critical as a way to contain costs (on a percentage basis)

We could get taken out at a Looney?   Wouldn't it be nice?
