Benziod, if Management wants to post this key email address smack out on the company Home Page, well then as an investor I expect the email address to be working (within a week), and I imagine many others would as well.

Now, why are your panties all wrapped up in a knot over this?  Here I am pointing out a simple observation that I would expect many investors to take an issue with.  I never downplayed the companies, so take a pill or smoke another J.  That said, it's not hard to add an email account, or pointer from that email account to another mailbox, so I expect Management to be on top of their game..  It's not hard to call the ISP or IT Contractor and have this fault remedied.
