RE:RE:RE:RE:Spin-off

Hi all. My understanding is there is a requirement for a new 43-101 before they can do the spin-off as they need to quantify what they are spinning off. I read here somewhere, they were working on it and it would be a while yet. Hope I'm very wrong. All IMHO.
