I think they do need a report for at least one of the Quartz properties but not certain it needs a NI 43-101 since the NI 43-101 on SEDAR is for the gold property I believe, which is what they needed to spin off
that property since it allows an evaluation of that property. They need to show that they retain ownership of a resource property to maintain the listing classification as a resource company.

although the link on the Beauce gold page is marked as NI 41-101 report and takes you to the SEDAR website, I have not been able to actually find the NI 43-101 report on the SEDAR site, sorry about the confusion.
