I have to agree with everything you pointed out,, Integra has a lot going on but has never been very good at adding things up.

The market does not have any way of placing a true value on Integra shares with having a $350 million market cap. Without the right technical information how do they justified a $350 million valuation ? Integra could be worth $200 or $500 million,, what at this point does one have to go on ?

I think there must be a reason why everything is delayed, I have to ask why, after the mother of all resource updates in Q1, 2017 why we could not get a updated PEA to go with it?

Nothing else scheduled (PEA) for a update in 2017 so it must be in 2018 ?

How does the market value/price Integra shares if we don’t have a up to date PEA ?

I suspect the delays in key information are for a reason, you can’t make a takeover bid for $500/ $600 million if you don’t have all the information.
