That may be true but do you really think getting bought out now at these price is better than growing on our own? And even so, there are many more suitors better than KLG. How about a miner with a mine in the same locale?

Also the constant price manipulation is despicable. Shaking off the weak hands so they won't care to vote after selling their shares. Keeping a "discount" from KLG to make us think that we will have to vote yes to get to parity? No. NMI has been down disproportionately and a NO to the deal will instantly bring our SP back up - so what's wrong with that?? Just look at the Q3 report and the recent drill results. Does it look like we need a merger now???
